Good Day, Sunshine!

I love color!  It’s exciting to place different colors together, and watch them interact until they ‘bounce’ off each other. The black background adds to the vibrancy.

Good Day, Sunshine! was started as part of a group challenge during covid restrictions.  Each month, for six months, the group was given a clue to interpret: curves, strips/stripes, squares/rectangles, + or x, and triangles. The last clue was to connect it all together.  The piece is deliberately wonky, joyous, and hopeful.  A ray of sunshine during what were dark times.
