With an artist’s eye and the precision of a surgeon, I craft images that isolate the beauty and serenity often overlooked in everyday life. I carefully distill complex details to their essence, creating a sense of harmony between the transitory nature of time and isolated moments of clarity.

Influenced by Rembrandt, Salgado, and Sam Abell, I have learned to use tone and shadow to evoke emotion and to photograph deliberately. I want the viewer to slow down and appreciate the timeless qualities in our surroundings.  In capturing and memorializing distinct moments, I address fundamental emotions of separation, remorse and wonder.
